Breaking News -- Chemical weapons watchdog OPCW wins 2013 Nobel Peace Prize

The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, or OPCW, is the surprise winner of this year's Nobel Peace Prize. The group campaigns to rid the world of chemical weapons and has been working recently with the United Nations in Syria. The award was expected to go to Pakistani schoolgirl Malala Yousafzai or Denis Mukwege of the Congo, a gynecologist and surgeon.
