Breaking News -- FCC votes to review rules on in-flight phone calls

The Federal Communications Committee has voted to gather comment about lifting the ban against cellphone use on planes, but the chairman said he hopes to lift the ban this year. The Department of Transportation and airlines still have to sign off before phone service could begin, and it may be limited to text and data.
