Iran hopes to implement nuclear deal within month
Tehran (AFP) Dec 29, 2013 - A top Iranian nuclear negotiator expressed hope Sunday a deal with world powers could be implemented within a month, but said technical talks on the matter are proceeding slowly, Mehr news agency reported.
