Breaking News -- 'Do not use' water order being lifted in W.Va.

West Virginia officials on Monday began lifting a ban on tap water for part of the state hit by a chemical spill last week. West Virginia American Water said untainted water is beginning to flow again in the Charleston area, and that a color-coded map will show where the water is again safe.
