About Our Presenters:

Chris Koester is owner and president of Priority One Safe-T Consulting, a safety consulting and training firm specializing in OSHA compliance and emergency response for manufacturers and industrial facilities. He is a Hazardous Materials Technician for the Homeland Security Regional Response Team for Southwest Missouri Region D, which covers 19 counties, and a captain with the third largest municipal fire department in Missouri.


Will Lant is a safety and environmental consultant at Crowder College and a safety consultant/trainer with Priority One Safe-T Consulting.


Randy Boss is a Certified Risk Architect and an outsource risk manager with Ottawa Kent Insurance in Jenison, Mich., with 35 years of insurance and risk management experience.


James Rhoad, CAWC, is an outsource risk manager with Ottawa Kent Insurance.
