Breaking News -- House approves amendment to delay Obamacare for one year; shutdown looms

The House passed 231-192 an amendment to the Senate stopgap spending bill that would keep the government running. The amendment delays the implementation of the Affordable Care Act for one year, but the Senate and President Obama have already said they will not accept the amendment, making a partial shutdown of the federal government on Tuesday more likely..
